The Young Chang pianos of today have the new Del Fandrich designs. While Yamaha continues to be a
popular and well constructed piano overall, the problem for many is in its tone.
Whether you're playing softly or hard, the tone is always bright. This is not the traditional way a piano was
designed to sound. A Steinway (for example) is designed after the human voice. In every grand piano there
is a treble, also, tenor and bass string range. When the human voice sounds at a low volume, it is soft in
tone. Accordingly, when the voice is yelling, it is a much harsher and brighter tone, thus emulating the full
