Legend Organs
For the past 25 years, NW Piano Gallery has been exclusively a Hammond-brand-only dealer, having chosen not to carry any of the so-called Hammond clones. Why? They simply did not sound all that good. With the redesign of the Viscount KeyB by its parent company in Italy, however, all that has changed. We now see these instruments by Viscount as viable alternatives, filling a price point void that we otherwise would not be able to service.
Since 1935, when Laurens Hammond invented the first tone-wheel organ, the sound of this instruments entered the soul of many musicians and was loved from everybody. Unfortunately the tone-wheel organs production terminated on 1975 leaving an emptiness poorly compensated by many imitations. Viscount and KeyB combined their strong experience in order to fill this emptiness by designing the new Legend organs able to perfectly recreate the sound of tone-wheel organs and offer again the “VINTAGE FEELING”.

A European Look With a Vintage Layout
One European review calls the Viscount Legend Portable Organ, “a luxury instrument, designed in Italy to recreate the vintage sound of tonewheel organs, such as the Hammond organ.” Available in three configurations as the Viscount Legend, the Legend Live (same as the Legend but without the reverse color preset keys), and the Solo, these instrument use the latest computer modeling technology to deliver a remarkably authentic “tonewheel organ sound” and playing experience.

Legend Exp has a full sets of 9 drawbars.
HARMONIC PERCUSSION
Legend Exp has got the 2nd and 3rd harmonic percussion. Soft and normal percussion volume, fast and slow percussion attack.
REALTIME CONTROLS
Legend Exp Realtime Controls include: Volume; Reverb; Drive; Vibrato/Chorus; Percussion; Drawbars; Presets; Vibrato/Chorus Upper – Lower; Memory; Rotary.
VIBRATO AND CHORUS
You can use vibrato/chorus independently for the upper and lower manuals or together. Use the familiar rotary control to select all three Vibrato and Chorus settings.
Flexibility
PEDAL CONTROLS EXP: Expression Pedals
ROTARY: To change the speed of the Rotary.
USB USB TO HOST: useful to connect a computer for MIDI and software update.
MIDI FULL MIDI: In1, In2/Pedals, Out/Thru.
AUDIO CONNECTIONS AUDIO OUT: Legend Exp can be connected to either a keyboard amplifier via outputs left / right.
AUDIO PEDALS OUTPUT: Legend series are the only one with a pedals output dedicated to the sound of the pedalboard, without getting into the channel of Vibrato/Chorus and Rotary Emulation.
